LOCAL | March Madness Begins In Memphis As Host City For Rounds 1&2

March Madness is back this week as 64 teams across the country will be fighting for a chance to finish on top as champions. The journey for several teams starts in Memphis for rounds one and two.

In the South Region bracket, the FedEx Forum will be hosting No. 1 Houston v No. 16 Longwood and No. 8 Nebraska v No. 9 Texas A&M.

The West Region bracket will have No. 6 Clemson v No. 11 New Mexico and No. 3 Baylor v No. 14 Colgate.

The winners of each of the regions will then face off against each other to cap off the games hosted in the Bluff City.

This will be the first NCAA Tournament games hosted in Memphis since 2017, with several thousands expected to travel in.
